Hummous (hummus)


1 can of Chick Peas
55g Jalpeno Peppers
30ml Lemon Juice
1g ground Cumin
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tbspn of water


Peel and chop the garlic.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Pour into a dish, cover and put in fridge for at least one hour so that the ingredients combine.
