Indian Raita (Yoghurt, Cucumber and Mint)


200g/half a tub of Very Low fat natural Yoghurt
2 tspns mint sauce (no added sugar)
half a cucumber
half an onion


Peel and chop the onion and dice the cucumber.

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Transfer to a cooled serving dish. This makes a great accompliment to many dishes or salads or just as a dip in its own right.
