2 Garlic Clove

8 Bowyers 95% Fat Free Sausages or Joe's Sin Free Sausages
4 Chicken Breasts
2 tbspns medium curry powder
12fl oz/340ml passata
7fl oz/198ml stock made with chicken bovril
1-2 tspns artificial sweetner
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Small handful of fresh mixed herbs
Prepare the ingredients; peel and finely chop onion, crush the garlic cloves, peel and cut the carrots into bite size pieces, take seeds out of pepper and chop the pepper, chop the sausage and chicken into chunks
Spray the pan with the Fry Light, cook the chopped onion, crushed garlic, sausage and chicken chunks together with the curry powder for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the passata, chopped peppers, chopped carrots, sweetner and stock. Bring to the boil, once boiling reduce down the heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Season with the salt and pepper to the desired taste and spoon into 4 warmed bowls. Sprinkle to mixed herbs over the top and enjoy.
