Chicken Vindaloo


300g diced Chicken
1 - 2 chopped Onions
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp Mustard Powder
3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp ground Cardamom
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
3 tsp ground Coriander
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Half tsp grounder Turmeric
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaf
5 tsp Garlic Puree or grated Garlic
250ml Tomato Passata
6 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
100ml Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
Chicken stock (optional see video)
