Syn Free Cheesy Fish Gratin


1lb 12oz/794g white fish fillets
2 Eggs
6 tbspns freshly chopped dill
200g pot of Quark
4 oz/113g grated Cheddar Cheese (use as a Healthy extra)
8oz/227g wholemeal breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/ Gas mark 6.

Remove the skin from the fish fillets and season, place in a baking dish. In a bowl, beat the two eggs, add the 200g of Quark and the chopped fresh dill, season well, mix thoroughly and pour over the fish fillets.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the top of the gratin, place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
